Quick fixes

  • Refresh & relaunch

Reload the page. Close extra tabs/apps. Restart the browser if needed.

  • Switch quality

Lower quality to 480p/720p for unstable networks; raise when stable.

  • Try another network

Use a different Wi‑Fi, mobile data, or VPN off/on to compare.

  • Use another browser

Chrome, Edge, Brave or Safari latest version recommended.

Devices

Keep your system updated. Recommended: hardware acceleration on, 8GB+ RAM for many tabs, and recent GPU drivers.

  • Desktop: Chrome/Edge 120+, macOS Safari 16+, hardware accel on.
  • Mobile: iOS 16+/Safari, Android 12+/Chrome. Use Wi‑Fi for 1080p+.
  • Smart TV: Use the built‑in browser or cast from a supported device.

Network & CDN

Stable streaming needs low latency and consistent throughput. For HD, aim for 5+ Mbps; for 4K, 20+ Mbps sustained.

  • Router: reboot weekly, place centrally, use 5 GHz where possible.
  • VPN: toggle off if the route is congested; try different region if needed.
  • ISP: test at different times; peak hours may affect performance.
See Status for incidents.
